In this role, Andrés will provide thought leadership on one of the most pressing issues in intellectual property today: the intersection of artificial intelligence and copyright law. His responsibilities include:

✅ Keeping the AIPLA Copyright Committee informed on the latest national and international developments in AI and copyright.
✅ Analyzing the legal and policy implications of AI-generated works, ownership challenges, and fair use considerations.
✅ Exploring the ongoing work of major organizations such as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in shaping global AI and copyright frameworks.
