Refund Policy — Izquierdo Advisory

Our policy for platform access fees, licensing arrangements, and the Attorney Review Service — including when refunds apply and how to request them.

1. Overview

Izquierdo Advisory offers AI-powered compliance platforms, platform licensing arrangements, and the Attorney Review Service. Because our core deliverables are digital and are delivered immediately upon generation or access grant, our refund policy reflects the nature of these services. We are committed to fair treatment and address each request individually.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), including a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain digital services purchased online. Where these rights apply, they take precedence over this policy. See Section 5 for EU-specific provisions.

2. Platform Access Fees

Access to Izquierdo Advisory platforms is provided under a licensing arrangement agreed prior to payment. Because platform access and AI-generated outputs are delivered digitally and immediately, the following policy applies:

  • Before access is granted: Full refund available on request, no questions asked
  • After platform access is granted but before any output is generated: Full refund available within 48 hours of access grant
  • After output is generated: No refund is available, as the service has been delivered

3. Attorney Review Service

The Attorney Review Service involves the time and expertise of a qualified attorney. The following applies:

  • Before review commences: Full refund available if review has not yet begun
  • Review in progress: Partial refund at our discretion, reflecting work completed
  • Review delivered: No refund available once the certified output has been delivered

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the Attorney Review, please contact us. We will assess the situation and may offer a revision, partial credit, or other remedy at our discretion.

4. When Refunds Do and Do Not Apply

Technical failure prevents access

If a platform error prevents you from accessing the service you paid for and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days.

No Refund
Output does not meet expectations

AI-generated outputs are indicative and subject to limitations disclosed in our AI Disclosure. Outputs not meeting personal expectations do not entitle you to a refund.

Refund Applies
Duplicate payment charged

If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a billing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

No Refund
Change of business need

Refunds are not available because your regulatory situation, jurisdiction, or business need has changed after platform access was granted and outputs generated.

Refund Applies
Service materially misrepresented

If the service delivered is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase, we will assess your claim and issue a refund where appropriate.

No Refund
AI output contains errors

AI outputs may contain errors. This is disclosed in our AI Disclosure and Terms of Service accepted prior to use. Errors alone do not entitle you to a refund.

5. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and you purchase access to digital content, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive — unless the digital content has been fully delivered and you consented to immediate delivery at purchase, waiving the right of withdrawal.

Where you have acknowledged and accepted that AI-generated outputs will be delivered immediately upon platform access (as indicated in the consent flow at purchase), the right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery of those outputs. You will be clearly informed of this before completing payment.

Where the right of withdrawal has not been waived, you may withdraw within 14 days by contacting: info@andresizquierdo.com.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@andresizquierdo.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your name and organisation
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the service purchased
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
